KWIC welcomes on-line subscriptions. The news in English and Chinese is put on the internet once every ten days or three times a month, and once a month (on the tenth day of each month) in Japanese. In addition, the "express news" and "news photos" are offered on the internet on an irregular basis. The fee for the regular subscription of the news in English and Chinese is USD280 per year. Subscription term is on a year basis.

If you would like to subscribe, please send us money order or certified check with your name, address, phone No./fax No., and e-mail address. As soon as we received it and processed your membership, we will inform you of your personal 'password' to access the news we provide.

Furthermore, KWIC releases the "Kanwa Express" to news agencies and media by e-mail or fax on a weekly basis.

KWIC welcomes the contributions in Chinese, English, Japanese, and Russian with no more than one thousand words each for the convenience of editing. Including photos and illustrations, the contributions may cover personal interviews, weapon shows, military maneuvers, and new weapon introductions.
