Where Are the HQ64 SAMs Deployed in Hong Kong?

On 30 June 2012, Hu Jintao inspected the PLA troops and their equipment in Hong Kong, including HQ64 SAMs and LD2000 CIWS system. When did these systems enter Hong Kong? At what locations are they actually deployed?
