Kanwa Special Report on ASEAN Defense Ministers’ Meeting

At the joint press conference of the 6^th ASEAN Defense Ministers’ Meeting (ADMM), Kanwa reportedly requested General Gen Tea Banh, Deputy Prime Minister and Defence Minister of Cambodia, the presiding Chair of ASEAN, to commend on the issue of military alliance. Kanwa’s question was: “In order to strengthen the ADMM mechanism, is there possibility for ASEAN to form a military alliance so as to guarantee the security and stability of the South East Asian Community?”
